Carnival, Valentine’s Day & Open Day: A memorable day at ISD Rome

On Friday, February 14, the International Institute Saint-Dominique of Rome experienced a day full of colors, discoveries, and emotions. Between our Open Day, lively Carnival celebrations, and Valentine’s Day festivities, our campus became a place of joy and togetherness for our students, parents, and visitors. We thank all the families, students, teachers and our partners who have helped make this day a success.

An Open Day dedicated to discovery

The afternoon began with our Open Day, a unique opportunity for interested families to discover ISD. Welcomed by our teaching staff and student ambassadors, visitors explored our international learning environment, modern facilities, and academic programs from primary school to high school, including the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.

A Colorful Carnival at ISD

In an explosion of colors and creativity, our students celebrated Carnival with a joyful costume parade. The youngest children paraded around the world; college and high school students invaded our campus, bringing festive energy to this special day.

Valentine’s Day: a celebration of kindness and friendship

On February 14, friendship and kindness were also celebrated through Valentine’s Day activities. Cards, sweet messages, and small gestures of affection were exchanged among students, reflecting the strong bonds formed within our school community.
