Immersion in the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme
This programme is aimed at students in 3ème, 2de and 1ère who are looking for an international academic experience while improving their level of English.
For 5 weeks at the IISD in Rome, students :
- attend classes in English, in dynamic, international classes
- Make rapid progress in both spoken and written English, thanks to complete linguistic immersion
- Develop their independence, curiosity and critical thinking skills
Take part in two core modules of the International Baccalaureate :
- CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service): civic, artistic or sporting projects to develop personal commitment and leadership skills
- TOK (Theory of Knowledge): philosophical reflection on knowledge, sources of knowledge and critical thinking.
