Taste Week
The Week of Taste
On the occasion of the Taste Week, the Grade 10 students carried out research on the challenges of molecular cuisine in the library then experimented with molecular gastronomy in the laboratory.
To discover molecular gastronomy, 4 books are available at the library.
In addition, all students can, throughout the week, taste dishes from around the world in the canteen with a special menu!
